| 摘 要： | 海关连续追缉权是海关的一项特定权力。该权力的实施既有与有关行政执法部门职权相联系的问题 ,又涉及国家权力延伸至领海以外有关区域的涉外问题。因此 ,了解该权力的实质及内容 ,有助于海关准确执法 ,打击走私等违法行为 ,维护国家利益。

| Abstract: | The right of customs continuous pursuit and capture is a particular right of the Customs. Its enforcement involves the relation with the authority of the executive branch as well as the extension of the state power to the areas outside the territorial sea. As a result, the understanding of its content and substance will help the Customs enforce the law, crack down the crimes such as smuggling and safeguard national interests. |
