行政许可法实施的实务探讨

行政许可法的制定是我国法制建设史上的里程碑,但全面实施行政许可法,却远较立法困难和复杂得多。我们必须在宣传新法的同时牢固而有效地树立依法行政的意识,采取有效的措施推进与实施新法相关的行政体制、社会体制配套改革,切实建立行政许可法实施的有效监督机制。

Study on the Operation of Administrative Permission Law Enforcement

It is a landmark in the course of legal system construction in our country enacting administrative permission law, but it is much more difficult and complicated than legislation to implement the law in an all-round way. While propagating the new statute, we must hold firmly the idea of administration according to law, take an effective step to advance relatively executive and social reformation and set up effectually supervisory mechanism for the new law enforcement.
