| 摘 要： | 关于检察文化的实践探索和理论研究,我国目前正处在探索阶段。文章围绕检察文化的内涵,提出了检察文化研究的方法论,归纳出了检察文化的三个本质属性,界定了检察文化的主体范围和内涵,提出了检察文化建设的途径。
