| 摘 要： | 行政生态理论视角下的我国监督行政机制具有里格斯笔下的过渡社会的典型特征,即异质性、重叠性和形式主义。本文运用行政生态理论解读我国监督行政机制的现状与面临的挑战,尝试从经济、社会、沟通网络、符号系统和政治结构这五个生态要素来思考我国监督行政机制的构建与完善。

| Abstract: | Compared to the Riggs' Ecology of Public Administration, supervision administration mechanism of China also has the same typical characteristics of transitional society, such as heterogeneity,over tapping,formalism. The article definites the supervision administration mechanism of China in the Ecology of Public Administration and try to analyze how to establish and perfect it from the five administrative ecological elements:economy,society,communication network, symbol system and political framework. |
