| 摘 要： | 保护弱者权益已成为国际私法立法所追求的基本理念之一,体现了国际私法所追求的价值目标从"形式正义"向"实质正义"的转变。我国现有的国际私法立法对弱者权益保护不够充分,应在今后的立法中加强对弱者权益的保护。

| Abstract: | Protecting disadvantageous persons has become one of the trends in legislation in private international law,which reflects that the aim the private international law pursues has transferred from "formal justice" to "substantial justice".It is insufficient to protect disadvantageous persons in private international law of China.So,we must emphasis to protect disadvantageous persons in the future legislation. |
