新加坡劳资关系发展研究

摘    要:新加坡经济在短短几十年中取得了巨大成就,其和谐、稳定兼具灵活性的劳资关系起到了十分重要的作用。文章通过对新加坡劳资关系发展历程、发展特点及发展的动因进行分析,并针对我国建设和谐劳资关系提出了一些建议。

Abstract:Singaporean economy has made great achievement in recent decades,in which the harmonious,stable and flexible industrial relations play an important role.This paper divides the development process of industrial relations in Singapore into three stages,namely,institutionalization of industrial relations,national corporatism and flexible development strategy of human resources.This paper analyzes every stage from the view of tripartite mechanism including labor,capital and politics,then summarizes the developmental course and features of the industrial relations in Singapore.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions with the viewpoint of legal system building and union organizations building in order to establish harmonious industrial relations.
