| 摘 要： | 农民增收，是当前我国经济工作中事关全局的重大问题。要深刑认识增加农民收入的重要意义，分析近年来农民收入增长缓慢的原因及其面临的新挑战，并对此采取切实可行的政策措施，才能保证我国改革开放的顺利进行，进而实现现代化的预定目标。

To know the significance to increase peasants' income deeply, to analyses the reasons why peasants' income increased slowly in the past few years and new challenges to be faced, to cny out factual policy and countermeasures to enssure reformation and opening to the world smoothly. |
