刍议党外干部教育培训的有效实施——社会主义学院办学中的若干问题思考

社会主义学院作为培训、轮训党外干部的主渠道,如何把脉办学中的问题,破解发展瓶颈,切实发挥基地作用,笔者在对我省地市党外干部教育培训调研基础上,从培训特点、办班种类、课程设置、教学组织、办学制度和学习管理等方面入手,把握社会主义学院办学中的一些规律性问题,进一步探讨党外干部教育培训体系构建路子.

Discussion on the Effective Implementation of the Education Training for Non-party Cadre

As the main channel of training and rotational training non-party cadre,how the socialism institute to find out the problems in running a school,to solve the problems and to play the base role practically.On the basis of investigation on the non-par- ty cadre education training in some cities of our province,the author started with studying the training characteristic,the class type, curriculum,teaching organization,school system,study management and so on,then,grasp some regular problems in nmning the so- cialism institute school,finally,making further discussion on the pathway for constructing the non - party cadre education training sys- tem.
