| 摘 要： | 农村教育在新农村建设中具有基础性、先导性和全局性的重要作用。农村教育对农村经济影响的实证分析表明,一方面,教育对落后经济水平的贡献要大于对发达经济水平的贡献;另一方面,教育对经济的贡献率是递减的,上个世纪最后十年教育对经济的贡献率要远高于近七年的值。国家要积极运用财政等措施加强对中西部农村教育的支持。

| Abstract: | Rural education has foundational,precursory,and comprehensive impacts on building a new socialist countryside.Empirical analysis of these impacts indicates that:on the one hand,the contribution of education is greater for less developed economy;on the other hand,the contribution rate of education for economy decreases with a higher value for the last 10 years of last century than that for the past 7 years.Fiscal and other governmental measures should be actively applied to enhance the support for rural educ... |
