| 摘 要： | 戈尔巴乔夫时期,苏共党内民主建设实行绝对化的＂公开性＂和＂民主化＂,造成了党内思想混乱;否定民主集中制,允许党内派别活动,破坏了党的组织统一;取消党的领导,实行多党制;高调宣扬＂公开性＂和＂民主化＂,但实际实施高度个人专权。以苏为鉴,当前我们党的党内民主建设要正确处理好个人与体制的关系,最根本的要构建具有自我矫正纠错和修复能力的体制和机制;坚持改革的动机与效果的统一,反对党内民主建设的浪漫主义和急躁冒进以及无所作为;正确把握民主的特性、边界和功用;以求实创新的精神坚持完善民主集中制原则。
