党的领导制度的改革历程与深化改革的路径思考

“文革”结束后，中国政治体制改革开始起步。随着改革开放不同发展阶段面临的不同挑战与党的中心任务调整，党的领导制度改革的中心任务也不断进行相应的调整。党的领导体制改革的中心任务在上世纪80年代是党政分开改革、90年代是加强党的全面领导、21世纪初是改革和完善党的领导方式和执政方式。进一步深化党的领导制度改革，需要关注其实效性，推进党内民主制度建设、完善党内民主集中制是关键所在。
