| Abstract: | It guarantee to fulfil the duty for public security organ to recommend making good use of law, as well as an important way to improve capability of public security organ in enforcing the law. Making good use of the law can reflect the spirit of supremacy of law and ensure citizen's legal rights and interests. Meanwhile it is an effective way to stress problem in enforcing the law at present. While using, we must establish the idea of enforcing law normally. |
