| 摘 要： | 欧盟和东盟的合作是地区间组织的合作,其合作之所以引起关注,是因为二者在一定程度上分别被认为是最成功的一体化组织与最强的发展中国家组织.近年来东盟和欧盟的合作成效显著是有其特定的背景和原因的.作为地区间组织合作的新模式,它们在合作过程中形成了特定的机制,如欧盟-东盟部长级会议(AEMM)、亚欧会议(ASEM)和东盟地区论坛(ARF),并取得了一定的成效.本文试对欧盟和东盟合作的动因、机制及前景进行分析.
