| 摘 要： | 在市场经济冲击下,由于大学生心理不成熟,思想价值观发生变异,加之其法律意识淡薄和高等教育存在着缺陷,造成大学生犯罪现象日益严重。因此,坚持“智力教育”与“人文教育”并重的教育模式;培养大学生良好的心理素质;开展多种形式的法制教育等,是预防和减少大学生犯罪的最有效的途径。

| Abstract: | Under the impact of market economy, college students＇ crimes became more and more serious because of their immature psychology, change of values, weak awareness of the law, and the existing defects of higher education. Therefore, it is the most effective way in preventing and decreasing college students＇ crimes to stick to the principle of stressing ＂intelligent education＂ and ＂humanism education＂, to cultivate undergraduates with good psychological quality, and to carry out a variety of legal education. |
