| 摘 要： | 中国加入世界贸易组织,WTO规则对中国外资法提出了挑战,三部外资法的修改正是对这种挑战的回应。这种回应在很大程度上是及时且必要的,但也存在不足之处。同时,我国外资法体系中存在的大量的鼓励性措施,也应及时加强规范。

| Abstract: | China has successfully entered WTO. The challenge from rules of WTO promotes the amendments of three basic laws of foreign capital. Generally speaking, this reaction is timely and necessary, though there also exist some places waiting for improvement. What' s more, there are also many provisions for the encouragement of foreign investment, Which should be regulated in time. |
