| 摘 要： | 人类社会经济活动的日趋纷繁复杂 ,需要律师提供各种法律服务。受轻视、冷落的我国律师制度现状不符合中国经济建设发展的要求。重视解决律师阶层的司法定位 ,加强律师在司法过程中的作用和影响 ,提高律师素质 ,实行律师职业行业管理等是新时代中国律师制度、法治民主的内容和途径。

| Abstract: | It's necessary for lawyers to offer kinds of services as economic activities increase greatly in society.At present,lawyers in China are looked down upon or even ignored,which cannot meet the requirements of the development of the economy.It's the content and means of Chinese lawyer system,ruling by law and democracy to give proper judiciary position to lawyers,strengthen the lawyers'function and impact in the process of judicial administration,improve the lawyer and perform the lawyer's professional management. |
