我国西部农村公安派出所规划布局问题研究

当前特殊的时代背景和治安形势对西部农村派出所工作提出了挑战。新形势下,西部农村公安派出所的规划布局,特别是派出所选址以及警力配置的不合理,已经严重影响了派出所自身职能的充分发挥和公安工作的深入开展。针对这一现状,应改变按照乡镇设立派出所遍撒警力的老做法,建立并做大做强中心派出所以适度收缩警力,同时在撤销乡镇派出所的地区积极探索建立群众性治安保卫组织以增强治安力量。

The Research of Plan and Layout in the West Countryside of Police Station in Our Country

At present special background and political situation have a challenge to the work of police station in the west countrysides.Under the present situation,their plans and layouts choosen addresses and the police force aren't reasonable so that they influence their own development of the function and the further development of the public security work.Because of these,we should change the ways of setting up police station in the countrysides and spreading police force.We should also set up strong police station to contract the police force properly in the meantime,recind countryside and town police station and research organization of the mass public order to enforce the new thought of public order strength.
