| 摘 要： | “三农”问题是我们全部工作的重中之重,而重中之重的中心是农民增收。作为党的农村基层组织,其工作中心理所当然地应该是引领农民增加收入。为此,应该充分发挥其战斗堡垒作用、桥梁纽带作用、致富带动作用。

| Abstract: | The problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is the most important of our overall work, and the centre of the agricultures is the peasants' income increasing. As a basic department in courtryside of our Party, the working should focus on guiding peasants to increase income. Therefore, it should give full play to its initiative to lead peasants to get richer and richer. |
