冲突对政治合法性的影响作用探析

合法性是政权得以运行的基点，政治合法性的重要影响因素之一就是冲突。冲突有内部冲突与外部冲突之分。内部冲突能整合政治系统、激发新制度的产生、能促使统治者重视统治绩效；外部冲突也能加强内部的凝聚力。但如果冲突处理不当，冲突将会起相反的作用。内部冲突的扩大会挑战政府权威、破坏政治秩序；外部冲突的激化也会影响政权的认同度，对政权合法性构成很大的威胁。因而，要维护政权合法性就必须合理控制冲突。
