| 摘 要： | 基于企业理性经济人假设,完善的创新系统将不再关注主体创新能动性的培养,而将注意力放在自主创新能力的区域建设上,从而提高创新成功的可能性。这其中区域金融发展对区域自主创新能力建设所起作用至关重要,二者协调性值得我们关注。基于金融发展的区域自主创新能力X效率研究为这一领域研究提供依据,通过运用2003~2009年中国省级面板数据,采用非参数M almqu ist指数方法,以东北三省为例,对二者协调性进行分析,发现东北三省总体来说金融发展对自主创新能力的X效率仍有待于进一步提高,而东北三省各自所面对的问题又不相同,有针对性地采取不同措施对于东北老工业基地振兴意义重大,也为适应其自身改革发展的迫切要求,最终实现我国整体科技、经济、社会持续协调发展提供路径支持。
