法律全球化及其对中国法律共同体之影响

所谓法律全球化是指法律的各个领域发生的跨国界、跨区域、跨大陆的相互作用、相互影响，以及重组原有法律制度、法律秩序、法律理念结构的网络化过程。它对中国的法治进程产生了重大影响。这种影响表现在很多方面，就中国法律共同体的形成与发展来说，它主要表现为对该共同体的共同的法律知识背景、职业训练经历、职业利益、职业精神气质之形成所发挥的重要作用。随着中国融入全球化浪潮步伐的加快，中国的法律共同体应以昂扬的发展姿态推动中国法治事业的勃兴，使中国在全球法律网络化过程中早日从边缘进入中心。

Globalization of Law and Influence on Chinese Legal Community

The so-called globalization of law means the cross-boundary,cross-region,cross-continent interaction and inter-effect of law in every field and the network process of reconstruction of original legal system,legal order,struction of legal concept.It has important influence on the course of ruling by law in China.This influence can be seen in many aspects.As far as the formation and development of Chinese Legal Community is concerned,the influence shows in the important function in the formation of common background of legal knowledge,experience of professional training,professional interests,professional spirit and temperament of the community.Along with the speeding-up of China's merging into the globalization,Chinese Legal community should promote the rise of the cause of ruling by law in China with developmental posture so that China will move from the margin to the center early in the process of realization of global legal network.
