The Development of High -new -technologic Zone and Legislative Promotion

The world-wide thriving of various high-and-new technology zones (hereinafter referred to as HNTZ) is a main trend in the era of knowledge economy. And the successful development of HNTZ entails legislation that promotes such a development. The HNTZ legislation in mainland China should reflect the spirit of our time, a spirit of market-and knowledge-oriented economy. This article generalizes the HNTZ legislation outside mainland China, using Hsinchu Science-based Industrial Park in Taiwan province and Silicon Valley in USA for reference , brings forth the new ideas of model selection and examines the characteristics and evolution of HNTZ legislation in mainland China.
