| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着反腐败斗争的不断深入,职务犯罪高发的态势得到有效遏制。但由于种种原因,司法实践中,对职务犯罪适用缓刑居高不下、免予刑事处罚的数量日渐增多,对职务犯罪人判处较轻刑罚的司法趋向引起了社会各界的高度关注和争议,这不利于反腐败斗争的不断深入开展,不利于有效预防和遏制职务犯罪。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the deepening of the struggle against corruption, high trend of jobrelated crimes has been effectively curbed.However,due to various reasons,in the judicial practice,the probations applied to the crimes and the exemptions from criminal punishment were growing.The judicial trend of light punishment to the jobrelated offenders has aroused great concern and controversy, which is not conducive to the continuous struggle against corruption in depth and effective prevention of such crimes. |
