| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展,涉农职务犯罪问题也日趋突出起来。文中通过对涉农职务犯罪发案特点的阐述,分析了涉农职务犯罪案件发案原因,并提出了正确适用法律,依法严厉打击涉农职务犯罪的对策。
