辽宁网络群体性事件问题分析及应对机制

由于网络技术的飞速发展,致使网民群体得到极大扩充,网络现已成为广大网民发表意愿和社会监督的重要形式之一。但是,由于网络的自身独有的特点,使得一些网络舆论失真、虚假,因而被人利用,在现实社会里发生了一系列群体性事件。近年来,辽宁群体性事件呈逐步上升趋势,在某种程度上和网络的快速发展,以及对网络规范化管理欠缺有着一定的关系。因此,结合当前社会实际,文中仅对辽宁地区网络群体性事件的表现形式、产生条件和应对机制进行分析和研讨,其目的是为了更好的处理这类事件提供有价值的参考。

Problem analysis and response mechanisms of network group events in Liaoning

As the rapid development of network technology,resulting in greatly expanded population of Internet users,the network has become an important form of publishing will and community supervision by the majority of Internet users.However, due to the unique characteristics of network, some network media is distort,false, and thus exploited in the real world.In recent years,group events in Liaoning are gradually upward;to some extent have a certain relationship with the rapid development of the network,as well as the lack of standardized management of the network.Thus,with the current social reality,this paper analyzed and discussed on the manifestation,the conditions and coping mechanisms of network group events in Liaoning Province,with the aim to provide valuable information to better deal with such incidents.
