中国改革开放以来法律工作者职业化的趋势和问题

改革开放以来,我国法律工作者职业化的程度在不断提高,成为建设法治国家的必要步骤。法律职业化在我国具体表现在从业人数快速增长,法律职业人员受教育水平和专业素质的提高以及国家统一司法考试制度的确立等方面。在职业化进程中,同时存在着地域间职业化发展不平衡,忽视非正规法律工作者和民众法律观念保守等问题,文中在分析以上问题的基础上,也给出了一些解决方案。

Trends and issues of professionalization of legal workers since China＇s reform and opening up

Since reform and opening up, China＇s degree of professionalization of legal workers has been increasing as a necessary step in the construction of the rule of law. Legal professionalization in China in particular reflected in fast growing number of practitioners,improving level of education and the professional quality of legal professionals and the establishment of the State Judicial Examination system and so on. In the professional process,while there is a geographical imbalance between the professional development and neglect of conservative legal concept of nonregular workers and the public and other issues,this paper analyzed the above problems and gave some solutions.
