| 摘 要： | 近年来,未成年人犯罪发案率有逐渐上升的趋势。未成年人审查批捕工作,应当在有力打击犯罪的基础上,体现帮助、教育、感化和挽救的刑事司法态度。锦州市未成年人审查逮捕工作多年来形成了一套较为完善和成熟的机制和做法,有利于实现执法办案活动中法律效果、政治效果和社会效果的统一。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the rate of juvenile delinquency has been gradually rising.The review and arrest of minors should be based on a strong fight against crime to express criminal justice attitude of help,education,probation and save.The review and arrest of minors in Jinzhou has formed a more perfect and mature mechanisms and practices for many years which is conducive to the unification of the legal,political and social effects in law enforcement activities. |
