网络犯罪的特点、类型及防治

网际网络以其即时、便捷、无国界的特性带给人们更多的生活便利,但由于网络为开放之环境,有人利用它来从事电子商务,有人也会利用它传播迅速及隐密性高之特性,从事不法活动,进而产生了与传统犯罪迥异的新型犯罪。本文从现阶段网络犯罪的特点和类型着手,提出对网络犯罪进一步防治的方法,争取让网络犯罪者无空子可钻,真正做到法网恢恢,疏而不漏。

Characteristics,types and prevention of cyber crime

The Internet bring people＇s lives more convenience with its instant and convenient features,but because the network is an open environment,some people use it to engage in ecommerce,and some people use it to engage in illegal activities for its characteristics of rapid spread and high privacy,thus,there are new crimes very different from the traditional crimes.This paper started from the characteristics and types of cyber crime of this stage to propose method to precede further prevention to cyber crime,in order to really do net of justice,but not loose.
