女子监狱民警队伍建设若干问题探讨

女子监狱是我国监狱类型中的一个特殊类型,管理者以女性监狱人民警察为主,关押改造的主要是成年女犯。就一个省份而言,女警数量和女犯数量占全省民警总数和罪犯总数的比例很低,但是社会影响较大,成为社会关注的热点,监狱系统对外的窗口。女犯改造质量的高低,直接体现监狱的执法水平和文明程度,事关监狱系统的形象。要提高女犯的改造质量,必须建设一支高素质的女警队伍。

The women’s prison is a type of a special prison in China,managers are mainly the female prison polices,the criminals are mainly the adult females.Speaking in a province,the rate of officers and the total number of police,the female prisoners number and the total number of criminals,are both low.but the social impacts a hot social concern,the prison is a foreign window.Female prisoners transform quality is the direct embodiment of the prison law enforcement level and civilization,and is the image of the prison system.To improve female prisoners transform quality,must build a high-quality team of officers.
