| 摘 要： | 监狱干警在实际工作中所产生的思想问题,是对监狱客观环境的歪曲反映。思想问题的产生是主观因素和客观因素相互作用的结果,有它自身的特征和发展阶段。要转化监狱干警的思想问题,就必须具体问题具体分析,借鉴不同学科的理论成果,采取不同的对策。

As idea problems have their own developing levels and characterics, we must proceed from actual conditions and solve different idea problems in different ways. |
