大学生法律信仰研究状况与趋势——基于CNKI论文的知识图谱分析

为了追踪大学生法律信仰培育状况的最新动向及存在的不足，利用信息可视化技术绘制了CNKI数据库中1995—2010年间大学生法律信仰研究论文的关键词图谱并进行分析。得出结论：大学生法律信仰研究虽呈现上升趋势，但研究得还不系统、不充分；法律信仰的概念需要重新进行科学的界定；大学生群体如何建构法律信仰理性论证相对不足，特别是法律信仰的对象、主体、功能、载体等方面有待于进一步展开研究。

The Study and Trend of Undergraduate Legal Belief --Based on Knowledge Map Analysis of CNKI Paper Database

In order to research the overall prospect, developments and deficiencies about the study of undergraduate legal belief and to know the actual condition of contemporary undergraduate legal belief and the actual result in 16 years, the Citespace II software is used to draw the maps of keywords from 1995 to 2010. Results show that： firstly, the study of undergraduate legal belief presents an ascendant trend, but it has no system and full; secondly, the concept of legal faith needs to be scientifically defined ; thirdly, the problem how to construct law of belief in university student group is that the rational argument is relatively inadequate. Especially, the objects, subjects, and the function, the carrier of legal faith, etc, should be further research on.
