略论商业银行零售业务的团队建设

摘    要:发展商业银行零售业务需要建立高效率的零售业务团队。商业银行组建银行零售业务团队必须遵循一定的基本原则和借鉴发达国家的相关经验。当前国内商业银行在零售业务团队建设方面存在着各种问题,应该采取重新确立零售业务的团队构成、团队规模向前台一线倾斜等措施予以解决。

Abstract:Establishing the efficient team of retailing business is the necessity of improving retailing business in the commercial banks. The commercial banks must follow the basic principle of organizing teamwork of retailing business and refer to the experience of the developed country. Presently, internal banks have many faults at the aspect of team construction. We should take some measures to resolve these problems, such as rebuilding the team of retailing business, and strengthening the team construction in the work of frontline etc.
