| 摘 要： | 2004年虽然发生了严重的禽流感 ,但对于越南来说仍然是平稳发展的一年 ,政治社会稳定 ,外交活跃 ,经济持续快速增长。从目前的发展态势看 ,2005年越南将继续深化改革 ,扩大开放 ,经济增长速度有可能高于2004年。一、政治 :保持稳定1.九届九中全会的召开 ,深化改革 ,扩大开放以往越共有召开中期党代会的惯例 ,但这一次九大中期没有举行。2004年1月5～12日越共召开了长达8天的九届九中全会。该会议虽然不叫中期党代会 ,但它起到了中期党代会的作用。越共中央总书记农德孟主持了会议 ,并作了开幕辞和闭幕辞。全会回顾总结了越共九大前3年的工作…

| Abstract: | Though a serious bird flu spread Vietnam, 2004 could still be considered as a year of stability, when it enjoyed stability in politics, fast and sustainable growth in economy and took positive steps in foreign relations. In the light of the its present situation of development, Vietnam will still deepen its reform, enforce its opening up to the outside world and its economic growth rate is expected to be higher than that of last year. |
