| 摘 要： | 大学生未毕业先置业已成为当前房地产市场上的一大特色。房价攀升、炫耀性消费心态和盲从心理是大学生提前置业的主要驱动力。因此，政府要稳定房产市场，引导大学生树立正确的消费观，真正做到理性消费。

| Abstract: | It has become a feature in the real estate market for the undergraduates to buy houses before graduation, of which the main driving force is their flaunt consumption mentality, psychological blind obedience, and rising price of houses. Therefore, the government needs to stabilize the real estate market, and guide the undergraduates to form realistic consumption attitudes to have rational consumption. |
