| Abstract: | With the fast development of internet and its deep influence on the society,traditional conflict law is facing great challenges.The author analyses four kinds of challenges from Internet,such as the challenge to connecting factor,the challenge to law choice methods,the challenge to applicable law,and the challenge to jurisdiction.Then,the author brings forward resolutions to each problem,with the expectation that it may be helpful. |
