| 摘 要： | 以前 ,音像证据在我国司法诉讼中受到诸多限制 ,民事诉讼尤为突出。 2 0 0 2年 4月 1日起施行的《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》中第 6 8条、第 70条规定较以前值得庆幸。
