| 摘 要： | 长期以来 ,我国对违法、违规上市公司及有关责任人进行的是行政、刑事处罚 ,而在民事责任制度方面则存在诸多缺漏 ,忽视了对受害者给予民事赔偿救济。应尽快建立、完善和启动我国有关证券的民事赔偿制度。

| Abstract: | Illegal quoted companies and responsible persons have been punished according to the Administrative Law and Criminal Law for a long period of time,while many defects exist in the system of civil liability,which neglects to relieve the victims by means of civil compensation.The paper puts forwards some viewpoints about the Civil Law protection for the investors'rights in the securities market. |
