中国法治之路的现实选择

法治是一种治国的思想体系 ,代表着一种价值取向 ,法治还是一种治国的原则体系和制度体系。法治已成为当代中国的必然选择。社会主义市场经济是中国法治的经济决定因素 ,社会主义民主政治是中国法治的政治基础 ,思想解放为中国法治奠定了精神基础。从现实性和必然性分析 ,中国的法治之路走的是一条以政府推进为主 ,结合社会演进的道路 ,传统社会的中国不能进于现代法治国家 ,市民社会与政治国家的二元社会结构是法治国家的社会前提 ,必须大力培育中国市民社会的形成。

Ruling by law is a kind of ideological orientation.It is also a principle and a system.Ruling by law has already become a necessary choice of contemporary China.Socialist market economy is the economic decisive factor.Socialist democratic politics is the political foundation and open mind is the mental foundation.Analysing from reality and certainty,the author thinks it should be such a read that the government of China push it forward and combine the social gradual progress.The traditional society of China can't be changed into a morden country ruled by law.The dualistic social structure of sitizen's cociety and political country is the social prerequisite of morden China and we must try our best to foster the Chinese citizens society.
