摘    要:《劳动合同法》出台后,工会在组建工会和工会工作上面临新的机遇和挑战,基层工会不仅要更好地发挥代表和维护职工合法权益的作用,也应坚持发挥原有的纽带和桥梁作用,应作为劳动者与用人单位沟通的桥梁与纽带,在劳资双方间建立一个缓冲地带,发挥缓冲、弥合作用,避免劳资双方直接对立,这对于劳动关系的和谐稳定,预防劳动争议,尤其是群体性劳动争议的发生将起到莫大的作用。

Abstract:Trade union faces both opportunities and challenges in accordance with the implementation of the Labor Contract Law.In order to maintain the harmonious and stable labor relations,the grass-roots union organi-zations should firmly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers.Meanwhile,the union organizations ought to act as a bridge between the employing unit and the workers in order to prevent the labor disputes,especially the group activities.
