《劳动合同法》给工会工作带来的机遇与挑战

《劳动合同法》出台后，工会在组建工会和工会工作上面临新的机遇和挑战，基层工会不仅要更好地发挥代表和维护职工合法权益的作用，也应坚持发挥原有的纽带和桥梁作用，应作为劳动者与用人单位沟通的桥梁与纽带，在劳资双方间建立一个缓冲地带，发挥缓冲、弥合作用，避免劳资双方直接对立，这对于劳动关系的和谐稳定，预防劳动争议，尤其是群体性劳动争议的发生将起到莫大的作用。

Trade union faces both opportunities and challenges in accordance with the implementation of the Labor Contract Law.In order to maintain the harmonious and stable labor relations,the grass-roots union organi-zations should firmly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers.Meanwhile,the union organizations ought to act as a bridge between the employing unit and the workers in order to prevent the labor disputes,especially the group activities.
