政治工作应重视和运用利益原则

政治工作重视和运用利益原则是我军的优良传统.新形势下,继承和发扬这一优良传统应集中把握以下几个问题第一,必须确立官兵的利益主体地位.这不仅符合辩证唯物主义的基本原理,而且在当前也有着深刻的社会现实意义;第二,要掌握科学的利益分析方法,也就是要正确认识官兵利益存在的客观规律;第三,要始终坚持正确的利益导向,坚持两手抓,两手都要硬.这是由需要和可能之间这对客观矛盾的始终存在而决定的;第四,必须努力实现和维护官兵的切身利益.这是重视和运用利益原则的根本.

Political Work Should Appreciate and Practise the Principle of Interests

It's good tradition to insist on appreciating and practising the principle of interests in political work in the army. In order to carry on and develop this tradition under new situation, following problems should be dealt with care:first, the subjective position of the armyman should be set up; secondly, a scientific method of interests analysis should be found; thirdly, a correct interests guidance shoud be insisted; finally, armyman's own intersts shoud be realized and protected, and this is the key point of insisting on appreciating and practising the principle of interests.
