| 摘 要： | 农民工是国有建筑企业不可或缺的倚重力量，作为建筑企业基层工会的当家人——项目工会主席在法律政策、思想观念、心理知识、工作作风等方面应坚持“以农民工为本”的理念，自觉提高自己的“亲情”意识和素养，成为农民工问题的行家里手。工会领导机构也应该为他们创造条件。

| Abstract: | Migrant workers are the kind of indispensable power in state-owned constructional enterprises. As the chief of basic union of constructional enterprise,the project-made president should hold on the migrant worker-oriented principle in political making,concept,psychological knowledge,work style,etc. He should improve his "relative affection" attainments and become an expert in migrant worker. The union also should create the conditions for them. |
