完善我国政府采购法律制度的构想

目前我国政府采购中存在信息沟通渠道不畅、省以下政府采购组织机构不健全、政府采购法适用范围狭窄、监督制度不完善等问题。因此，应通过扩大《政府采购法》的适用范围、增强对政府采购方式的规范、健全政府采购监督制度、健全省级以下政府采购组织机构、建立信息互通的运作模式来完善政府采购法律制度。
