| 摘 要： | 本文根据2010年11月对湖北省3个县市624名农村居民的问卷调查及深度访谈所获得的数据和信息,从满意度和需求度二维耦合的视角对农村公共服务的现状进行实证分析。结果表明:农村居民对农村公共服务的满意度和需求度的评价不存在明显的相关性。以满意度和需求度的得分为观测值,运用系统聚类法将基本医疗保障等15项农村公共服务分为6类各具特征的公共服务。文章建议各级政府依据各类公共服务的特征及优先序,采取差异化的供给策略。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on data and information from questionnaire investigation and deep interview to 624 rural residents of 3 counties in Hubei province,empirically analyses the status quo of rural public service from two-dimensional perspective of satisfaction degree and demand degree.The results show that there is little relationship between satisfaction degree and demand degree of rural residents to the rural public service.From scores of satisfaction degree and demand degree,15 items of rural public service can be divided into six groups by using systematically cluster analysis.The governments should adopt differentiated supply strategy according to different characteristics and priority orders of public service. |
