教育问责制在中国的建构

摘    要:教育问责制在我国的兴起与发展是顺应国际教育改革趋势和国内行政问责实践向教育领域扩展的结果,也是我国保障教育质量、强化教育责任、提高教育资源利用效率和推进教育管理体制改革的需要。推进我国教育问责制完善的路径主要有:培育教育问责文化,加强问责立法保障,强化异体问责,构建科学的问责体系,探索适合中国国情的问责方式,明晰问责程序,加强配套制度供给。
