| 摘 要： | 我军几位元帅既有运筹帷幄的雄才大略,又有治军带兵的卓绝才能,他们管理教育部队的丰富经验和杰出的军事思想,是我军宝贵的精神财富。本文论述了老帅们有关带兵第一的思想;坚持大公无私原则的思想;依据条令条例管理部队的思想;亲近士兵的爱兵思想;干部做士兵表率的思想;培养自觉的革命战士的思想。同时指出,在新的历史时期,我们要坚持开拓创新,继承和发展老帅们有关军队管理教育的思想,不断提高我军科学管理的水平。
