| 摘 要： | 运用富含自足性与自治性等法理意义的ADR解决物业管理纠纷对于当事人来说,或许在实体权益上需做出退却,但能节省更多成本,获得更多尊重和相比诉讼而言更好的效果。实证表明,ADR乃化解物业管理纠纷的良径。而ADR的制度建设,更是其长远有效发展的必要保障。
