| 摘 要： | 建设和培养造就一支社会工作人才队伍是我国建设服务型政府的重中之重。为此,应该加快建立和完善社会工作人才的资格认证、注册管理、从业规范等各项制度,系统构建社会工作人才的教育及培训体系,加大社会工作人才队伍的投入保障,解决社会工作人才发展的平台。本文在论述以上问题的同时,借鉴了发达国家社会工作人才队伍建设经验,对社会工作的概念、社会工作者的要求、社会工作的视角、社会工作者专业素质及其培养、社会工作者评估及监察制度等问题进行了初步探讨。
