| 摘 要： | 省管县体制改革是一个制度变迁过程。本文基于新制度经济学的制度变迁理论分析视角,对省管县体制改革动因、政府行为差异进行了理论逻辑和现实情境的阐释,并从省管县幅度、行政区划调整、创新主体、核心制度和配套改革等方面提出制度设计的相关建议。
