| 摘 要： | 数目字管理事实上是一种理性的管理方式,但它在今天的滥觞却导致了人性受到压抑和理性的非理性化。其非理性化在公共管理领域表现为技术压倒政治、目的与手段分离、人性的压抑与人际互动的弱化。管理向人本的回归既是管理的本真,也是大势所趋。
